The Last Debate and America's Media Mess by Bill Wilson
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden closed out last night’s debate demanding that America make their vote about “character.” Yes, he did. He said this election was about character—his fine character verses President Trump’s terrible character.
While this election is certainly partly about character, it is about choosing between two distinctly different ideologies—freedom or tyranny. And within that, it takes character to stand for freedom. It takes only bad character to stand for tyranny.
The post debate fact-check done by Breitbart News would indicate that Biden essentially lied about every point that he made. The Washington Post says Trump lied about his points. The mainstream media is the liar.
Once more, the Russians, Chinese and Iranians really don’t have to interfere in this election with a misinformation campaign. The news media and the Democratic Party are doing just fine in the propaganda department.
Immediately after the debate on ABC News, George Stephanopoulus emphatically stated that Trump had gone after Biden on charges that were unsubstantiated, inaccurate, and lack direct evidence. Other media outlets described Trump’s claims of Biden corruption as outrageous and unsubstantiated.
Biden calls the whole mess another Russian conspiracy—a page taken from the Bill and Hillary Clinton campaign manual. Biden’s defense was deny, deny, deny.
The mainstream news media refuses to acknowledge that there are four sources independent of one another saying the same thing.
First, there is the ongoing investigation conducted by the Senate.
Second, there is the Hunter Biden laptop.
Third, there is the former business partner of Hunter Biden, Bevan Cooney, who is serving time for the corrupt business deals he did with Hunter.
Fourth, there is the latest business partner of Joe Biden and his family, Tony Bobulinski, who has documented Joe, Hunter, and Joe’s brother were milking the communist Chinese millions for access to US government and White House officials. He is turning over his emails and documents to the Senate and the FBI.
For the news media to listen to all this evidence and not look into the story themselves is totally irresponsible. For the news media to dismiss the story outright because they say it lacks evidence is reprehensible.
Remember, there was a story with far less evidence that they plastered all over the world day in and day out—the Steele dossier that was fabricated by the Democratic National Committee, Clinton Campaign and used by the Obama-Biden White House to get permission to spy on the Trump campaign and transition team.
This is like Isaiah 59:14, “… speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood, and judgment is turned away backward, and justice stands afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.”
The news media is complicit.
