Last night, after being behind 21-3 at half time, the New England Patriots pulled off a 34-28 Super Bowl victory against the Atlanta Falcons.
How did they do it? How did they come from behind to win their fifth Super Bowl victory?
Some speculate that their amazing coach, Bill Belichick gave them the "pep-talk of all pep-talks" at half time.
Some speculate that their incomparable quarterback, Tom Brady came into his own after a lackadaisical first half performance.
Others suggest that it was the power of Brady's mother's prayers. Galynn Brady has been her son's most ardent fan throughout his storied career, but she has been too ill to attend this year's games.
It was seemingly her sheer determination to be present that enabled her to be attend last night's Super Bowl.
One can only speculate, but it seems safe to assume that her prayers were in the behalf of her son and his team.
No matter who you were cheering for last night, you have to rejoice with Tom Brady and the Patriots at their remarkable win--no matter who you were hoping would win, you have to lift up your thanks to the good GOD who heard the cry of a sick mother's heart.
