May I add the Jean Bonnet Tavern and Inn near Bedford, PA to your list. It is one of the oldest continually-operating inns in the country and George Washington has stayed there.
It is a stone structure that boasts a huge fireplace in the dining room that adds warmth as well as ambience at this season of the year.
