To live longer, it is advised that you get in touch with your spiritual side. People who attend church regularly typically experience lower levels of anxiety or depression and have lower blood pressure, and are generally in better health than those who have no religious affiliation.
An 18-year study found that regular church attendance and Bible reading are linked to reductions in the body's stress responses, and worshippers were 55 percent less likely to die young.
You read that right: 55 percent less likely to die young!
Start by defining what spirituality means to you, and then join a church community where you can pursue your spiritual goals with others who share your faith.
