Steal, Kill, Destroy

"The evil one comes to steal, kill and destroy," John 10:10, but when he "comes in like a flood, the LORD will raise up a standard against him.' Isaiah 59:19

LORD JESUS, we ask YOU to raise up YOUR standard to defend Paris and its people against this terrible onslaught of evil that has come against them.

What the enemy would use to drain them of life and hope, we pray that YOU will use to turn their eyes to YOU again, to cause them to put their faith in the ONE who has promised, "When you have trouble in this world, be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world." John 16:33

We ask YOU to give them YOUR "peace that passes understanding to keep their hearts and their minds in CHRIST JESUS," Philippians 4:7, at this point when the enemy has tried to rob them of peace.

We know that the diabolical entity that commits these ruthless acts is a purveyor of hatred throughout the world. We know this will not be their last attack, so we ask YOU, dear JESUS, to put a hedge around YOUR people--a hedge of faith and a hedge of power--for we know that faith can move mountains, even mountains of hatred, and we know, "the same power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us," Romans 8:11.

May that power overcome satan's evil with HEAVEN'S GOOD!
