We cannot afford to approach ISIS with anything less than a concerted strategy to financially and militarily defeat it – not merely contain it.

 This strategy must include pausing the Syrian refugee program until American citizens’ safety can be ensured, blocking the President's efforts to transfer GTMO detainees to American soil, and rebuilding the military that this Administration has been systematically dismantling.
