The BIBLE says something about love and something about hate:
1. GOD is love.
2. Husbands, love your wives and wives, honor your husbands.
3. Love your neighbor as yourself.
4. Love your enemies.
5. Love the Lord your GOD with all your heart and all your soul and all your mind.

That pretty much covers everybody. You are told to hate no one, but you may hate what GOD hates.
GOD hates sin.
