Your Immune System


Do the opposite of this chart to BUILD Your Immune system!
1. Cut out those extra and unhealthy Sugar & Carbs
2. Get better quality Sleep and longer Sleep at night
3. Drink Filtered Tap Water
4. GET OUTSIDE & Get some SUN and Vitamin D
5. Keep Hydrated throughout the day
I’ve also added drinking pure Ketones throughout the day....Hydration, Energy, Vitamins & much needed Salt
