Today's Sermon at ALC:

There are three Giving Mindsets:

• The bag mindset – I never have enough. I must hoard everything I receive in order to provide my own needs. Haggai 1:6

• The basket mindset- Because God is an abundant God and I can trust him to supply all I need, I am able to share from the blessings God Has trusted to me.. Deuteronomy 28:4-6

• The barn mindset- Because God supplies believers with infinitely more than they will ever need, they can distribute their overflowing blessings bountifully to those in need. Deuteronomy 28:8

Assess yourself honestly to discover how you truly think about giving. Remember that the WORD of our GOD tells us "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Do you agree with His statement or is your opinion far from His?

If you do not concur with the LORD'S stated perception of the matter, who do you think needs to change his point of view --you or HIM?
