Mom's Pork Roast Recipe
This recipe can be used for beef roasts, too.
1. Two or three pound pork or beef roast
2. Grease baking pan so roast won't stick
3. Combine one can of cream of mushroom soup with one can of water and add one package of dry onion soup mix
4. (You can double the recipe or use your favorite kind of canned soup))
5. Set pork (or beef) roast into greased pan with water/mushroom/ onion soup mix
6. Top roast with mushroom soup/ onion soup, water mix
7. Sprinkle with dry basil flakes, dry onion flakes, dry garlic
8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3-4 hours until roast is desired tenderness
