Americans have been blessed to be born in a nation whose founders recognized and built their country and its Constitution upon the truth that is eternal. Christian men who honored the LORD JESUS endeavored to establish the United States of America upon the one thing in all the earth that is unfailing--the WORD of the LIVING GOD.
Did they fully accomplish that purpose? Of course not. They, too,
lived in a fallen world. Their 'holy experiment' fell short of their
grand hope, but that does not negate their glorious intent...that
America be strong and free, as God would have men to be.
Today, there is an erosion of the strength of our land because there is leadership that denies the uniqueness of America and the preciousness of the Constitution. There is leadership that would have the United States to become one of many failed socialistic regimes.
There is leadership that would have the ordinary citizen to abandon the 'American Dream' for the common pot of socialistic stew that allows men to subsist but not to prosper.
May each who owns a stake in this country, may each who owns a precious vote, be attuned to not only the rhetoric of each candidate for office but to the record of each candidate for office.
May each voter be resolute in his determination to vote for the highest patriot among those who vie for his affirmation at the ballot box.
