Prayer Initiative

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Gen 1:27

And He gave them apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children Ephesians 4:11-14

If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially members of his own family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel. I Timothy 5:8

The older women are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good. Titus 2:3

She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. Proverbs 31: 25-27


We pray for healing and restoration of true manhood and womanhood in America. We ask for Your wisdom and protection against attempts to re-define our very identity as men and women.

We pray Your design for abundant and fulfilled manhood and womanhood to gain preeminence in America. Clarify and draw men to Your image of manhood, and women to Your image of womanhood.

Lord, we pray for wholesome, healthy role models for our children.

Awaken and convict mature women in this country of their responsibility before You to teach what is good. Feed them the wisdom and the courage to speak into a culture that is desperate to hear what they know.

We pray against forces that would attempt to present immorality as normal, natural and healthy. Protect and save our chlldren, Lord. Show us how to turn this upside-down culture right again.

Awaken and convict fathers in this country of the role You have given them to provide for their families.

We ask, Lord, for You to pierce, soften and convict the hearts of those who would pit women against men or men against women.

We petition You, God, asking for Your healing for those who struggle with same-sex attraction or gender identity issues. May they come to know Your power, Your mercy and Your love as You replace unnatural affections with ones You Yourself designed.
