Death of FDR

On April 12, 1945, Franklin D. Roosevelt, the only man ever elected to three terms as President of the United States, died.

Roosevelt is venerated by many Americans who acknowledge him as the leader who guided the nation's way through the tumultuous waters of World War II.

Our hope is that this strong, wise man who governed well the affairs of the country was also astute in the governing of his own spiritual well being.

May we encounter him one day in Heaven when all godly departed will dwell forever with the LORD.

"We have always held to the hope, the belief, the conviction that there is a better life, a better world, beyond the horizon." Franklin D. Roosevelt
