A Note

Although "goodbyes" are indeed sad times of parting, the hope we have because of our faith as CHRISTIANS enables us to look past the moment of grief into the vast eternity of promised joy.

HE comforts us with HIS own glorious promise, "WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT, BUT JOY COMES IN THE MORNING." Psalm 30:5

And, of course, we have the incomparable promise of JESUS who said, "HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME, THOUGH HE WERE DEAD, YET SHALL HE LIVE; AND WHOSOEVER LIVES AND BELIEVES IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE." John 11:25

She is not dead, she only sleeps until that "great waking up morning."
