Endurance
Are you experiencing challenges that threaten to weigh you down?
Are those challenges physical in nature--inability to sleep?
Fighting battles on multiple fronts?
Fighting battles on multiple fronts?
Are those challenges emotional--depression, anxiety, lost love?
Whatever the battles you're fighting might entail, remember the words of an old warrior--"The first virtue in a soldier is endurance of fatigue..."
You, like any soldier, must ultimately grow weary. The armor you carry is weighty, the miles you must trudge are long, the wounds you bear are daunting, but through it all, if you will endure, you will attain your victory.
Napoleon does not negate the importance of maintaining courage through your battles; he just declares the profound truth that courage is not the most important thing a soldier must possess--endurance is.
Stay strong--endure til the victory is attained--for in CHRIST, you are "more than a conqueror."
