When winter snow storms make life very difficult, those hardy workmen arise before dawn and venture into the biting cold to begin clearing the roads for the morning rush hour.
What would we do without them?
Our options would be to shovel our way to where we wanted to go or to wait until Mother Nature warmed the temperature to melt the snow. Neither of these options is appealing.
The men who endure the rigors of cold weather are to be appreciated...
