Illegal Caravan

Illegal Caravan
As caravan approaches, President Trump warns he'll cut aid to Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador - Fox News
President Trump tweeted Monday the United States will begin cutting off foreign aid to countries that have failed to stop a growing group of thousands of migrants marching its way through Mexico and to the U.S. border.
Trump blamed Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador for not being "able to do the job of stopping people from leaving their country and coming illegally to the U.S."
Though there were no official numbers, estimates place the lead caravan as having about 7,000 people. A second caravan of about 1,000 people has also left Honduras and is working its way toward linking up with the main group.
"We will now begin cutting off, or subsequently reducing, the massive foreign aid routinely given them," Trump tweeted.
The three countries received about $500 million in funding from the U.S. in 2017.
Trump also tweeted he alerted the military and federal border authorities that the migrant caravan, which originated in Honduras, is now a national emergency.
- Father we ask for Godly wisdom for our President as this crisis looms.
- "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)
To those whose sympathies lie with the people in the illegal caravan, may I remind you that it is your tax dollars that will support them if they arrive according to their plan.
Our lawmakers, who have allowed illegal aliens to be benefited by their "theft of a nation," have always been monies of tax-paying US citizens to support the illegals; it has never been members of Congress who have supported them through their own high salaries or generous retirement plans.
May I also invite you to look again at the enormous amount of support the US doles out to the nations from which these illegal aliens are coming. One must question how these monies are being mismanaged if these funds are not sufficient for the support of the citizens of these small nations. One must question how much of this very generous support is going into the pockets of corrupt leaders.
Don't be duped...this "caravan" will never end if this hoard of people is allowed to enter our borders and be supported by our tax dollars.
The "thief who comes to steal, kill, and destroy" is never satisfied. The thief always wants more.
