"No surprise that the Supreme Court will not hear the Texas case to examine the votes in four swing states. Two Justices, Thomas and Alito, issued a statement in dissent but four were needed. The Court quite simply does not want to do overturn the election. Only incontrovertible evidence of major fraud could change its opinion.
