In Christ

 "I have no merit of my own by which to claim eternal salvation; rather, I  have a tender reliance on the mercy of the Almighty, through the merits of the Lord Jesus Christ who endured a cruel death that I might never have to die."

Do you believe this?  If you do, add yourself to the countless number of lost souls who through the centuries have found the tenets of Christianity to bring light into the darkness, to bring hope to the hopeless, to bring peace to the fearful, to bring faith to the lost.  

It is not because the faith is perfect or that it is espoused by perfect people but rather that it offers a safe harbor to those who are weary of navigating on the Sea of Darkness alone and without a rudder.  It is because the most wretched among us have found in Christ the anchor to hold us to the eternal hope of the loving Heavenly Father who sent Jesus to pay the penalty for our sins.

Because of His sacrifice on the cross, no matter what trials we endure, no matter what diseases we suffer, no matter what relationships disappoint us, no matter what treasure we lose, no matter what Heavenly laws we transgress, we shall have our place at the Throne of our Eternal Savior.

To this, all we can say is, "THANKS BE UNTO GOD FOR HIS UNSPEAKABLE GIFT."  II Corinthians 9:15
