Changing Seasons

1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace...

14 I know that, whatever God does, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God does it, that men should fear before Him.
15 That which has been is now; and that which is to be has already been; and God requires that which is past. Ecclesiastes 3:1-15

Today we officially begin the season of autumn. The cooler temperatures remind us that summer is over and that the leaves will soon don their glorious colors before the trees stand bare against the harsh blasts of winter. Our God has ordained the changing seasons.

The times and seasons of men's lives are also known by the Lord. In His great scheme of things, no man, no thing escapes His awareness. He knows YOU--He understands you. He loves you. He is there for you at every point of need at every change of your life's seasons.

Your Savior celebrates with you when you are happy and He helps you when you are in need. If the death angel comes for you, HE RISES TO RECEIVE YOU TO HIMSELF.

With all that is transpiring in the world of mayhem and destruction, one who is world-bound in his thinking could easily despair.

But the one who has made JESUS his strong tower of safety and who has His truth as his shield and buckler will stand secure.

Saint of God, YOUR LORD WILL NEVER FAIL YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU.
Psalm 113:4 (KJV)
The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
