Our hearts are filled with gratitude to the LORD our GOD for the freedom with which HE has blessed our land, and our hearts swell with thanks to the people GOD has used to keep us free.
Were it not for our troops, who have sacrificed their time, their strength, their ability to enjoy the bounty of this nation for the greater purpose of defending the liberties assured to us by our CONSTITUTION, we would not be a free people.
At THANKSGIVING
season and always, we thank YOU, O LORD JESUS for our freedom, and we
ask YOU to guard and preserve the brave men in our military who employ
themselves toward the end of maintaining that freedom...of maintaining
"liberty and justice for all."
This
Thanksgiving Season let us thank God for the bounty and goodness of our
Country. And as a measure of our gratitude, let us promise ourselves to
remember of this: we are the land the free because of the brave.
