Worship the LORD?

Why?

Who is HE that HE deserves our worship and our praise?

If you don't know JESUS as your personal SAVIOR and LORD, you can't begin to answer that question. To you, JESUS is at best a mere historical figure around whom was woven some fantastical tales. To you, JESUS might be in the category of myth--like Thor, the god of thunder.

But if you have a personal experience with and knowledge of this living, eternal entity, you know HE is worthy of all worship and all praise.

You know that by HIM, the worlds were formed.

You know HE breathed into the first man Adam and gave life to mankind.

You know HE breathed by the power of HIS HOLY SPIRIT into the deadness of your mind and heart and spirit and quickened life--life eternal in you.

You know HE beckons the lost to HIMSELF, thereby saving them.
You know HE touches broken bodies and heals them.
You know HE vanquishes the enemy of your soul in all your battles.
You know HE will come again to rule and reign forever.

Because you know JESUS personally, you are the possessor of HIS finest gifts:

You own HIS JOY that is your strength.
You own HIS PEACE that passes understanding.
You own HIS FAITH that moves mountains.
You own HIS LOVE that never fails.

Worship JESUS because HE inhabits the praise of HIS people.

Worship JESUS because HE longs to draw close to you.

Worship JESUS because HE has made a way for you where there is no way.

Worship JESUS because HE IS THE ONLY TRUE AND LIVING GOD.
