Jeff Bezos represents the total arrogance and indifference the mega rich evidence toward those of us on the lower rungs of the stairs to success.

Bezos's dealings in the upper echelons of power and influence clearly prove the disconnect between him and the people who made him wealthy beyond imagination is great indeed.

The disdain of Bezos and others in his league for the ordinary schnook is thick enough to cut with a knife, but the question that needs to be asked isn't, "Where is my share of the wealth?" but, "When will the schnooks--the ordinary people-- assert their collective influence over these financial megalodons?

When will the little guy bind together with other small fish in the financial sea to remind the sharks in the business world that without them, they lose!

With one of the most significant elections of our lifetime only a week away, we little guys need to do our research; we need to discover what the big fish have been up to. We need to discern whether their actions are to our advantage or whether they are not on our side.

We need to pull the lever in the voting booth with clear and complete understanding of what the impact of the vote we cast will be. We must vote our values, even if that means departing from the party that has had our loyalty for decades.

The future of our children and grandchildren depends upon how closely we hold the feet of the Jeff Bezos of the world to the fire.
