Everyone wants a better life, but sometimes we focus on the wrong things... we focus on things that can't really make life better...things that simply distract us from the things that can make life better.
If we focus on making a living, the process of working and attempting to acquire wealth will rob us of making a life.
If we focus on filling our lives with lots of acquaintances, we will rob ourselves of having genuine, abiding relationships.
If we focus on tomorrow, we will deny ourselves today.
These eight rules to a better life are valuable.
The eighth one is indispensable.
Being with GOD, in meditation of HIS WORD, in prayer before HIM, in obedience to HIS immutable WORD, in allowing our lives to be "living epistles, read of all men," we invite the LIVING LORD OF ALL CREATION to enrich our every moment and to assure our wondrous eternity.
