These allegations alone, from the head of the FBI, are enough to disqualify him from his position.

Our highest law enforcement officer doesn't go by mind reading or horoscopes or crystal balls to ascertain a subject's intent.

He should, however, weigh evidence, such as deleting e-mail and smashing phones.

And he should be expected to pursue justice, not his own feelings.

James Comey, a democrat, appointed by a democrat, seems unable to do that.
