History will judge all the world's leaders, including America's presidents, past and present, upon the legacy they leave behind. Those who are close to the events cannot see with the clarity of perspective that is afforded to those who will judge from the far-off future.
Yet the words of a WW II vet ring with the fervor of an old soldier who served valiantly in one of the nation's wars against oppression.
Whether or not we agree with his admonition to our former president, we can be thankful that men of passion for the well-being of this land and her people have served and continue to serve so we can continue to be free.
