Religious Persecution in China

Religious Persecution in China by Bill Keller

Religious persecution in China and secret re-education camps that many claim are the 2021 version of Auschwitz! I have been discussing the religious persecution of ALL faith groups in China.
Our brothers and sisters in Christ in China are being jailed, beaten, tortured, sentenced to decades in work camps, and killed...simply for being Christians. The Chinese government has declared that one Chinese Christian is one less Chinese.
While praying for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ in China, I have also been discussing the fact of the Uighur Muslims in China. The Uighurs are a minority Turkic ethnic group originating from the general region of Central and East Asia. The Chinese government has systematically rounded up the Uighur Muslims living throughout China and put them in “re-education camps.”
If this sounds familiar, it is basically the same thing Nazi German did to the Jews in Germany and European countries they invaded, ultimately sending them to camps like Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Dachau, Flossenbürg, and others. In the liberation of Europe, the world became aware of the horrors that took place in these camps, including the extermination of 6 million Jews!
Because of the iron-fisted rule of the Communist Chinese, we have little knowledge of what is happening in their re-education camps. Information coming out of human rights groups are chilling. One common report is that the Chinese are killing healthy Christians and Muslims for their organs.
No doubt we will one day know the truth of what is happening in these camps in China, but I ask you today to say a prayer, not just for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ, but also for the Uighur Muslims.
Pray also that God will get the Gospel to these persecuted people and for the Chinese who hold them to be converted by the gospel of Christ.
Pray that hearts will be surrendered to the Lord on both sides and that the captives and the captors will become eternally free in Jesus.
