The Apostle Peter, brash, bold Peter, was called forth from the relative security of the fishing boat to walk on the waves of the storm with JESUS.
Believers today may not be challenged to walk on water as Peter was, but most of us have been called from our comfort zone to follow HIM into a place of service that is not of our choosing.
Has HE called you to traverse the globe, to take the Gospel around the world to those who have not heard the message of salvation?
Has HE called you to cross your yard to the next-door-neighbor who is
lost in alcohol or pornography or gambling, and share with him the
wondrous truth that JESUS loves him and will deliver him from all sin?
How willing are you to walk on the stormy waters of doubt or indifference to reach the one to whom HE is sending you?
If you step out as Peter did, like him, you will find JESUS waiting for you, enabling you to do the impossible--for HIS glory.
