Friendly Reminder

It's a baffling reality that everyone gains weight over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays -- and it's also true that most of us don't manage to lose the extra weight even though our New Year's resolution is that we will do so.
Given the lack of will power we'll take to the table of over-sized portions and irresistable desserts, the following advice will be helpful in avoiding a guilty conscience over the weight we've gained.
