Evil has many faces, many ways of manifesting itself.
The Holocaust was a grievous wave of evil that swept over Europe during the NAZI reign of terror during WW II.
There have been countless periods in history when man's inhumanity to man was manifested in acts of evil that are unfathomable to ordinary humans, yet it was ordinary humans whose silence allowed such monstrous evil to exist.
Each of us has a responsibility to stand for honor, for integrity, for kindness, for honesty, for love wherever we find the opportunity to do so; for if we don't, the vacuum we will create by our failure to invest good into our circumstances will gradually be filled by an ever encroaching, ever expanding evil.
