Watertown is one of the places we almost called "home" in our years of traversing the globe. We knew how cold it could be, that traffic signs were placed higher than in most localities because of the abundance of snow in the winter.
Haven't been sorry that we opted for other locations to settle but in reading this article, it sounds like it had some good points we didn't know at the time.
