Thank GOD Through It All

Thank God Through It All Super Bowl players Patrick Mahomes and A. J. Brown thank God in success and adversity. Athletes thanking God after a big win has become an always welcome but somewhat clichéd occurrence over the years. But sometimes those public displays of faith hit a bit differently when you hear them. That was the case this week with two particular Super Bowl Christians, Patrick Mahomes and A.J. Brown, and their public reliance on God in the face of adversity. Their steadfast faith reminds us of an important lesson on the Lord’s power to redeem. It reminds us that all of us should be mindful of the WORD that assures us of GOD'S willingness and HIS power that take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it around for good. Have you embraced that truth? Is your faith in the Holy One steadfast in spite of circumstances? Are you mindful of the reality that CHRIST died on a cruel cross and was buried before HE rose in glory? A precious woman of faith says, "GOD doesn't always pay HIS debts on Tuesday." What does that mean? Simply, just because you don't see the answer to your prayers when you expect to claim it doesn't mean HE isn't at work bringing your perfect good to pass in HIS perfect time. The LORD isn't on your schedule, but your life will be greatly enhanced if you allow yourself to be on HIS. Lay your problems at HIS feet, and trust HIM to resolve them at the precise moment in time when your perfect good and HIS perfect glory will be accomplished.
