Notice the focus of this petition...the supplicant is not asking for wealth or power or influence. This prayer is not about self aggrandizement or the acquisition of things.
There is a reality in this simple supplication before God that will advantage anyone who takes it to heart.
Do you lack peace that passes understanding?
Do you seek fulfillment in your inner being?
Do you desire to see good days?
Do you long after hope that transcends your circumstances?
