   Precious ones will be trick-or-treating this evening. Be sure that you drive extra cautiously and slowly to assure their safety.

   Remember that they will be wearing masks and cumbersome costumes so they won't be as able to watch for themselves as they usually are. Also, many of them are too young to be out normally after dark so the activity will be quite different than what they're accustomed to doing.
