Your Loving Heavenly Father

Man sometimes feels ignored, neglected by the Lord. He feels his needs are not recognized by the Holy One. He believes the great power of our God is reserved for the blessings of others, but are unavailable to him. Isaiah 40:27-31 speaks to such a man and reveals to him the fact that his loving heavenly Father cares profoundly about him.

It asks, “Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, ‘My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God’? Do you not know, have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth! He will not grow weary and His understanding no one can fathom! He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak! Even youths grow tired and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength! They will mount up on wings like eagles! They will run and not be weary! They will walk and not faint!”

What an outstanding promise! Your God, beloved, sees you where you are. He understands about your situation. He knows your frame and He knows the weight of your burden. Realize that HE WILL STRENGTHEN YOU WHEN YOU ARE WEARY! HE WILL INCREASE YOUR POWER WHEN YOU ARE WEAK!

The might of the young and powerful will ultimately bring them to weariness, but relying on the Lord will bring the person of faith ultimately to renewed power! Walk in the invigorating assurance of His Word of truth!
