In the Face of Evil

 This good man was a pastor in Germany during the evil days of WW II. He had visited America and was encouraged to remain here where he would have been safe from Nazi oppression, but he chose to return to his homeland and to continue to speak against Nazi atrocities.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer was imprisoned for his outspokenness and his efforts to subvert the evil Nazi machine. He was executed mere weeks before the evil government against which he fought was toppled.

Are you willing to speak out against evil without regard to your personal safety? Are you willing to act in the behalf of righteousness when everyone else seems to be sold out to decadence and sin?
