No individual, no nation, can thumb his nose at GOD and not reap the consequences of his action.
May we not go the way of Rome; rather, may we repent, for the promise
is that in returning shall be our deliverance. (See Psalm 116:7.)
To what shall we return? Not to the pagan gods of Rome--war, self-indulgence, and all manner of sin, but to the SAVIOR who made us strong and free!
LORD, make us holy and wholly YOUR OWN PEOPLE!
