Jesus did not die so we can have religion. He died so we can have a relationship with God.
Jesus died for you. Will you live for Him?
It is the most inequitable of exchanges but He thought you were worth it. Do you think He's worth it?
Are you cultivating the relationship with God that Jesus purchased for you with His shed blood?
"He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them." II Corinthians 5:15
