One of the most important things a person of faith in CHRIST can know is "when to speak and when to be silent." To know when to simply "mourn with those who mourn."
Yes, believers long to share GOD'S word in a meaningful way in all seasons of life, but it is important in all seasons that they listen for the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT so their words will accomplish what their heart intends--and what GOD'S heart intends.
