May I say something regarding the spirituality/faith/ salvation debate.
You don't believe in God? You don't think there is a Creator? You don't need a Savior?
OK, that's your right, but why is it important for of you to mock those who do believe?
Why must you denigrate their intellect and endeavor to portray them s as buffoons and neanderthals?
If they're wrong, what have they lost when they die?
Nothing!
Why does their faith in Jesus Christ disturb you? Why does it discomfort you? Does it perhaps unsettle you in your smug disbelief?
Does it make you wonder where you will be if people of faith in JESUS are right?
Does making believers in Christ appear stupid, gullible, or ignorant make you less vulnerable to eternal damnation in your own eyes?
Does diminishing the intellect of believers lessen your apprehension of the eternal consequences if you're wrong?
Actually, it does not.
If the whole world denies CHRIST yet HE is who HE claims to be, then the whole world will perish, for man's eternal destination is not determined by popular vote.
If a man denies JESUS before men, HE will deny man before the FATHER.
Is that a risk you're willing to take?
