   Some people think all roads lead to Heaven. They are of the opinion that any sincere person who follows the tenets of his belief system will realize the ultimate goal of life.
   If these people are correct in their conviction, we must conclude that any terrorist who sincerely believes murdering unbelievers is a viable outreach for his faith will indeed attain the paradise he believes is his.

   Those with a more reasoned approach to how the joys of the afterlife are assured might concede that anyone who lives a good life and strives to be honorable in his dealings with men will be eternally rewarded.

   The CHRISTIAN view that Heaven is gained only when one accepts JESUS CHRIST as his personal SAVIOR and LORD is considered by many to be far too restrictive and exclusionary.

   Yet those who believe JESUS to be the ONLY WAY to the HOLY ONE are immovable in their conviction; and this steadfast confidence in their assertion is rooted in their relationship with HIM.

   People who are born again believers in the SAVIOR who lived and died and arose from the grave to set men free from death, hell and the grave are anchored in their certainty because the HOLY SPIRIT of the LIVING and ETERNAL GOD has moved upon them and convicted them of their own need of salvation.

   Believers in JESUS are nothing more than lost sinners who were saved by grace.

8. Believers in JESUS are nothing more than people who have "tasted and seen that the LORD is good."

   Those who insist on the validity of JESUS' statement, "...he that believes in ME, though he were dead, yet shall he live, and whosoever lives and believes in ME shall never die," do so because they have been among the spiritually dead; they have been reborn to life through their faith.

    Those who admonish you to allow the HOLY SPIRIT to move upon you and to bring hope and faith and love and life into your time on earth and glory to your eternity do so because they have done it and they know the transformative power that comes through receiving CHRIST.

    No other relationship that you have --no matter how good or how bad it is-- can impact your life the way your relationship with JESUS will.

    Open your heart to receive HIM, "the FRIEND who sticks closer than a brother," and allow your relationship with HIM to become the bedrock of your life forever.
