Is it just a coincidence or is there a tangible connection between the fact that when America had godly leadership she was the most esteemed and prospered nation in the world but since our president declared that we are "no longer a Christian nation" that we have declined in every area of endeavor?
Is it possible that the Biblical statement regarding Israel, "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you," Genesis 12:3, is being applied to our country now that we have leadership that empowers Israel's mortal foes?

In a few short years, we have gone from being a nation of law whose
Constitution is the most reasoned legal document on the planet to being a
nation whose legal system is precariously placed on the fallacious
edicts of unregenerate men.
Consider the following by Dr. Larry Martin:
"A court clerk is arrested for not marrying gay couples and we are told she is an elected official and should obey the rule of law. Yet, our president has often ignored the rule of law in regard to immigration and other important issues.
Entire cities refuse to obey federal immigration laws and drug laws, but that seems to be OK.
Amazon won't sell confederate flags but sells flags with Che and Castro.
When Tea Party protesters went to the streets to complain about our government, they were called hate mongers and intolerant, but we have Black Lives Matters protesters openly calling for the murder of police officers but that is not hateful, it is freedom of expression.
A dentist kills a lion and the whole nation is outraged. At the same time we learn that Planned Parenthood is actually selling dead baby body parts and the people who brought that horrific information to our attention are the ones called evil.
The president visits Alaska to tell us that Climate Change, which was called Global Warming is going to melt the Arctic ice and at the same time he announces the need for ice breaking ships in the Arctic.
Iran swears to destroy Israel and the US, so we lift sanctions against them and enable them to get nuclear weapons."
Have we reached the point where "professing themselves to be wise they became fools?" Romans 1:22
People of faith, if there is any hope for our nation, for our progeny, for ourselves, it is in our falling on our knees in reverence to the Holy One; it is in our returning to JESUS CHRIST AS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR.
Unless that happens, we will one day see God face-to-face and recognize how we have undone ourselves by our turning away from the Glorious Christ who made us great and free.
