Grace

GOD has extended HIS grace to us.

Although we are fallen sinners, HIS love made a way for us to be redeemed from our transgressions and brought into fellowship with HIM through the propitiatory life, death and resurrection of JESUS CHRIST.

Sin robbed us of the opportunity to know GOD and to fellowship with HIM, but LOVE and GRACE made a way for us to be restored to the lofty purpose for which HE created us--to abide in HIM.

Can we, will we, extend LOVE and GRACE to others?

The enemy would prevent the believer from fully enjoying fellowship with the HOLY ONE. The enemy would rob us of fellowship with GOD and of right relationships with those around us.

How can the master of evil steal away what CHRIST has fully supplied?

The trick is that he employs our own will to achieve his theft of GOD'S gifts, for the greatest obstacles to our inner peace are anger, fear, unforgiveness, and suspicion. It is our own negative emotions, it is our unwillingness to let go of those destructive forces within us that rob us of our joy.

If we will allow love, compassion, forgiveness and truth to be our sources of peace and happiness, we will indeed find these godly emotions to have the power to overcome every negative thing within us.

When we do, we will discover that "the joy of the LORD" really "is our strength." Nehemiah 8:10
