Our founding fathers, and generations who came after them, affirmed their faith in the benevolent CREATOR of all things and declared it overtly for all to see and to know.
That HOLY GOD then lavished HIS blessings upon this land.
Recent generations have become smug and self-sufficient; they have denied their need for HE who blessed us and have been intent to not only assert their unbelief but to impose their unbelief on all of us.
They would deny us the right to pray at public gatherings. They would
deny us the right to carry our BIBLES into public places. They would
deny us the right to share our faith openly without fear of
recrimination. They would purge every semblance of our founders' faith
from the historical record--including this simple motto on our nation's
money.
Let us as believers stand against the encroachment of unbelief into our society, for that departure from faith in CHRIST has reduced us from being a prosperous and upright people to being debtors who are ensnared in their own lawlessness.
Thank GOD for a righteous judge who rules that the faith of our fathers may be proclaimed on our currency.
May the faith of our fathers be proclaimed on our lips--and may that glorious faith be alive in our hearts.
