Don't Get It

JESUS came to save all people from the consequences of sin. JESUS paid the debt that nobody could pay so that everybody could receive the free gift of SALVATION.

It's a simple message that a child can understand.

The only ones who don't "get religion" are those who don't want it to encumber the lifestyle choices that they have made.

This week the New York Times editor made news when he said in an interview that mainstream media doesn’t “get religion.” They were shocked by the real difference made by evangelical voters in the last election. They had dismissed the important role of faith in people’s lives and in the fabric of this country. They were counting it as a thing of the past—something that progressive thinking had finally laid to rest. 

But thank God they were wrong. Millions of Christians praying and voting did make the difference. 

My prayer is that Christians in this nation will stand strong for the things of God and His Word and continue to pray like never before. He is the hope for the future of this country—turning to Him is what can truly make America great again!

 

New York Times executive editor: 'We don’t get religion'

 

The executive editor of the New York Times said in an interview this week that journalists have a hard time understanding religion.
