LORD JESUS, we ask YOU to be very near and very real to those who have endured so much loss of property and to comfort those who have lost loved ones to this devastation.
There are so many ways to suffer, and YOUR people have experienced many of them. Please be with them and turn their sorrow into joy as only YOU can do.
In YOUR own wondrous name we pray, JESUS. Amen.
