There is much truth in this brief comment.
Indeed if you are anxious and preoccupied with the routine of living life, you will be ill-equipped to handle the challenges that may occur along the way from one ordinary day to the next.
Allow yourself to find a place of rest--not just physical rest for your body, but emotional rest, mental rest, spiritual rest--for the weariness of your soul is ultimately more draining than the physical labor you perform.

Where can you find the rest you need?
It is found in the presence of the CHRIST who loves you. You will discover it in HIS HOLY WORD THE BIBLE as you read, and you will find it in the sweetness of HIS presence when you pray.
When you do, you will find that HIS promise is true--"Draw near to me, says the LORD of HOSTS, and I will draw near to you, says the LORD of HOSTS."
