GOD has given HIS people great and precious promises in HIS WORD, the BIBLE. HIS people may stand confidently upon those promises.
GOD does not, however, specify when HE will send the answers to the prayers of HIS people, nor does HE tell them how HE will answer.
What HE does say is, "MY WORD, THAT GOES FORTH OUT OF MY MOUTH, SHALL ACCOMPLISH THAT WHICH I PLEASE AND PROSPER IN THE THING TO WHICH I SEND IT."
HE also states very clearly, "I WILL NEVER FAIL YOU NOR FORSAKE YOU."
HE promises, "ASK ANYTHING IN MY NAME, IN ACCORDANCE WITH MY WILL, AND I WILL DO IT."
And we cannot forget, "HE IS ABLE TO DO EXCEEDING, ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL WE CAN ASK OR THINK, ACCORDING TO HIS POWER AT WORK WITHIN US."
It is HIS promise and HIS will to do HIS work in and through HIS people--to their perfect good and to HIS perfect glory.
Keep praying, keep trusting, keep expecting...keep believing that HE IS FAITHFUL. Indeed, your prayers may be answered today.
