LORD JESUS, there are so many ways in which YOUR people need to be healed. We ask that YOU, WORKER of MIRACLES, LOVER of OUR SOULS, FRIEND of the FRIENDLESS, ANCHOR OF TRUTH, visit us with the breath of YOUR HOLY SPIRIT and impart to us the healing we need in the area in which healing is needed.
Where bodies are broken and ravaged with disease, pour of YOUR HEALING BALM OF GILEAD upon them.
Where devastating storms and earthquakes have decimated cities and villages, we ask YOU to assist in their repair.
Where we are broken and lost , we ask YOU to find us and mend us and restore us to YOURSELF.
Where we are separated from friendships, we ask YOU to indeed be that "FRIEND who sticks closer than a brother."
When we are bombarded daily with lies and half truths that are designed to further the agenda of the "father of lies," we ask YOU who ARE TRUTH to overflow us with YOURSELF that we may find our way, as YOU ARE OUR WAY and YOU ARE OUR LIFE.
"The WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE" are, for time and eternity, found only in YOU, dear SAVIOR, REDEEMER, FRIEND, and GOD.
