Turning to JESUS for Help

LORD JESUS, we cry to YOU, the only SOURCE of our help, to move mightily in the behalf of those who suffer, in the behalf of those who have borne the brunt of these disasters that that struck with such fury in such a brief amount of time.

Dear JESUS, we know that we are a sinful people and that the stench of our wickedness rises to YOUR nostrils, but we ask YOU to take these horrific events that the enemy means for evil and turn them around for good--to bring glory to YOUR Matchless Name.

We bind the wounds of those who suffer and we lift up the needs of those who have lost all they possess. YOUR WORD tells us that YOU OWN THE CATTLE ON A THOUSAND HILLS, so YOUR resources are more than sufficient to meet the enormous need before YOUR people as they attempt to recover from the horrors that have transpired.

Be gracious, PRECIOUS LORD, be MERCIFUL. LET YOUR MIGHTY HAND STAY THE WINDS AND THE WAVES AND THE EARTHQUAKES, and RELEASE TO YOUR PEOPLE THE STRENGTH AND THE RESOURCES TO RECOVER FROM THE TERRIBLE ONSLAUGHT THAT THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH.

It is in YOUR MIGHTY, MATCHLESS NAME WE PRAY, JESUS. AMEN.
